What is a Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ad?
An ad on Facebook or Instagram whose button opens a WhatsApp chat with your business instead of a website. WatAgent lets you launch and manage them from WordPress.
Do I need a separate Meta token for ads?
No. Ads reuse the access token from your connected WhatsApp account — it just needs the ads_management permission, and Test connection verifies it in one click.
How does attribution work?
