Keywords and events that start automations.
Rules watch every incoming message and event — a keyword, an outside-hours message, a document received — and fire the right flow instantly, with outcome tracking on every rule.
Keyword, schedule & event triggers
Fire on words, business hours, media received, webhooks and more.
Pause without deleting
Toggle any rule off temporarily — it keeps its history and outcomes.
Outcome bars per rule
See exactly how often each rule fires and what it produced.
Timed message series that nurture contacts.
Enroll a contact when a flow completes, a tag is added, or a form is submitted — then send a series of messages over days or weeks. Each step waits its delay, respects the days you allow, and can be toggled off without deleting.

Questions, answered.
Do I need to code to build a flow?
No. Flows are built on a drag-and-drop canvas — pick a trigger, connect actions and conditions, and hit Save. The template library gives you 17 ready-made flows to start from.
What can trigger a flow?
Keywords, welcome (first message), button clicks, list selections, tags, webhooks, API calls, schedules, template replies, new contacts, and other flows — 11 trigger types in total.
What's the difference between a flow, a rule, and a sequence?
A flow is a visual conversation journey. A rule is a lightweight always-on watcher (keyword, outside-hours, media received) that fires an action. A sequence is a timed drip of messages sent over days or weeks after enrollment.
Can I test a flow before it goes live?
Yes — every flow has a Test run and Preview mode, plus draft/active versioning so you never break a live automation while editing.
Can flows hand off to the AI or a human?
Yes. Drop an "AI reply" node anywhere as a smart fallback, or an "Assign agent" node (with round-robin strategy) to route the chat to your team.
How do I know a flow is working?
Execution logs and outcome bars track every run — triggered, completed, failed — per flow, per rule, and per sequence step.
